use:

Dabigatran etexilate is a new synthetic direct thrombin inhibitor, a prodrug of dabigatran, and a non-peptide thrombin inhibitor. After oral administration and gastrointestinal absorption, it is converted into dabigatran with direct anticoagulant activity in the body. Dabigatran binds to the fibrin-specific binding site of thrombin and prevents the cleavage of fibrinogen into fibrin, thus blocking the final steps of the coagulation waterfall network and thrombosis. dabigatran can dissociate from the fibrin-thrombin complex and exert a reversible anticoagulant effect
